JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible to document financial transaction by entering account information.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- To ensure accuracy and completeness, prepare, review, analyze, and audit accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Create, update, and evaluate budgets. Prepare recurring reports that show the difference between planned and actual expenses.
- reconciles disparities in finances by gathering and examining account data.
- Organize activities with the accounting staff and respond to staff and student inquiries.
- Additional tasks delegated by the immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field.
- Experience:2- 3 years
REQUIREMENTS
- UAE national
- Proficiency in English language, spoken and written.
- Good command of computer skills, particularly MS office programs.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects.
