JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Under general/ limited supervision, support delivery of import/ export processes and activities to optimize service and performance
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support for documentation such as receiving, reconciling, consolidating/ summarizing documents and information
  • Conduct data capturing activities, feed data into relevant operating system and set up master data for transactions
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures, perform pre-alert checks of paperwork, and assist with documentation archiving procedures.
  • Prepare the import/export entry filing.
  • Manage and keep track of client part lists
  • Update shipment details and physical status, and assess and track performance goals.
  • Use best practices and quality checks to make sure that operations are completed on time, accurately, and with the desired quality.
  • To assist other team members, reconcile data and produce reports and updates for performance monitoring.
  • Observe and adhere to established regulations, and make that import/export procedures and policies are used appropriately.
  • Address persistent problems encountered during delivery in accordance with established procedures, frameworks, and techniques.
  • Assist team members who lack experience in various challenging circumstances.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Education Level

  • Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification

Experience Level

  • More than 2 years
