JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members
• Follow all appropriate Retail policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure that work is done in a systematic and consistent manner.
• Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty.
• Assist in the achievement of the store’s sales target by collaborating with the sales executive team to generate sales through high-selling techniques.
• With little oversight, carry out projects and take part in community events and activities.

   

• Keep abreast with the newest items, trends, and rivals. Communicate your thoughts to the shop manager and other pertinent back-office staff members.
• Support and Management of the Team

   

• Establish a constructive workplace culture built on mutual respect, trust, and equity. When necessary, represent the interests of the staff by communicating their opinions, difficulties, and worries to the HR and store management departments.
• Recognize and convey the organization’s priorities to guarantee that the team is in line with the group’s goals.
• Help the store manager assign responsibilities to each member of the sales team and oversee, motivate, and direct the group that reports to the store manager.
• Make a schedule and stick to it to guarantee that the shop is fully covered.

REQUIREMENTS

• Mandatory experience in Fashion.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong communication skills.
