JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist clients and visitors, managing incoming calls and correspondence effectively.
  • Inventory management: Keep an eye on and maintain office supplies, making sure to buy them on time as necessary.
  • Scheduling: Assist in organizing and setting up appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Documentation: Maintain accuracy and confidentiality by organizing and managing both digital and physical data.
  • Mail handling includes arranging with courier services, sorting and distributing incoming mail, and preparing outbound mail.
    Team Support: To increase productivity, offer support to different departments as needed.
  • Facility Management: Make sure the workplace is kept tidy, orderly, and productive.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
