JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of recreational areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist guests with equipment rentals and provide guidance on usage.
- Monitor the use of recreational equipment and report any issues or damage.
- Ensure guests are aware of safety rules and regulations in recreational areas.
- Work together with the recreation team to plan and organize leisure events and activities.
- Respond to questions, complaints, and special requests from visitors regarding recreational services.
- Take part in the preparation and cleanup of leisure activities and events.
- Inform visitors about wellness initiatives, classes, and leisure opportunities.
- Keep thorough records of your equipment rentals and inventory.
- Support the upkeep of security and safety protocols in leisure centers.
- Inform the supervisor of any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Inform visitors on the amenities, schedules, and activities that are offered.
- To protect the health and safety of visitors and coworkers, as well as to aid in environmental preservation, conduct business in a safe and ecologically responsible manner.
