JOB DESCRIPTION
- The responsibilities for the role will include but will not be limited to managing employee relations, providing advice to stakeholders, handling disciplinary and grievance procedures, developing HR policies and procedures, oversee the compliance of statuary records in accordance with the UAE and KSA ministries as well recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Working with the Director of Benefits, additional duties will include managing wage surveys and benefits while making sure that employees are informed about benefits, compliance is maintained, and a positive work atmosphere is established.
- The Senior HR Manager must have substantial experience in HR management and be able to handle the intricacies of the MEA labor market in order to be considered for this position, which will necessitate travel around the region.
REQUIREMENTS
– The ideal candidate will be Degree educated with at least 5 years commercial experience within Human Resources working within legal or professional services ideally with an international background and strong experience in the Middle East.
– Solid working experience of the principals and practices of employee relations, labour laws, regulations specific to the Middle East and APAC.
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Arabic are essential as is the ability to adhere to processes and systems that support the business.
– A working knowledge of Workday is preferred.
