JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring to deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide advice and guidance to the client to correctly answer their question.
- Make sure all typing applications have 100% accurate data entry.
- Reach the goal of 250 applications every month.
- Lead by example, mentor, and train new team members.
- Assist when the rota is understaffed due to sick or yearly leave, and make sure that clients are never left waiting for employees.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Experience:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and government relations
Required Education & Qualification:
- UAE National (Emirati passport & family book holder)
- High school or Degree holder
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of UAE government processes and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- 100% accuracy data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently handle government process.
