Customer Data Entry Officer Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the client to correctly answer their question.
  • Make sure all typing applications have 100% accurate data entry.
  • Reach the goal of 250 applications every month.
  • Lead by example, mentor, and train new team members.
  • Assist when the rota is understaffed due to sick or yearly leave, and make sure that clients are never left waiting for employees.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and government relations

Required Education & Qualification:

  • UAE National (Emirati passport & family book holder)
  • High school or Degree holder

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of UAE government processes and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • 100% accuracy data entry
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently handle government process.
