JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Accurately enter financial transactions and data into the company’s financial systems.
  • Verify the completeness and correctness of financial records.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Help with archiving and document management.
  • Help with processing vendor payments and supplier invoices.
  • Check and compare purchase orders, receiving paperwork, and bills.
  • Get batches of invoices ready for payment and approval.
  • Keep an eye on and record spending to make sure the fiscal constraints are being followed.
  • Help with processing and reimbursement of expenditure reports.
  • As needed by the finance team, assist in producing financial reports and summaries.
  • Help in gathering data and creating reports.
  • Assist the financial department administratively by handling scheduling, communication, and filing.
  • As needed, assist in facilitating communication between the financial department and other departments.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, prioritizing guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
