JOB DESCRIPTION

•     Sort, count and record the soiled linen, prepare the trolleys for transportation at the time slot provided.
•     Check all uniforms for cleanliness and condition, if not up to standard and maintenance is required, then to carry out minor repairs.
•    Ensure that all uniforms are neatly and systematically arranged.
•     To distribute colleagues’ uniforms when exchanged with dirty uniforms and maintaining the log.
•    Ensure support is provided to the uniform to the Artisans.
•    Ensure uniform deposit system it in place and in perfect condition.
•    Ensure outgoing uniform is controlled, including new team members and current team members.
• Perform consistent inventory counts as directed.Make sure par stockpiles are kept up to date.
• Make sure that a monthly inventory is taken and recorded in the record.
• Keep the uniform shop and linen room in good condition.
• Coach, train, and assist new team members.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to all health and safety laws, as well as the property’s security and fire requirements.
• Have the ability to measure and take measurements for new starting associates’ uniforms.
• Capable of performing simple repairs on every outfit.
• Comply with the department rota by working flexible hours.
• Take charge of your own growth by going to trainings and keeping up with current information.
• Fulfill any further reasonable obligation to support the efficient operation of the Club.
