Main/Branch Cashier Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the main cashier role of different software system Yardi, Compass Bait Al Khair & Compass third Party, including handling cash and cheques.
- Collection cheques and Cash from Tenant against lease contract.
- Verify received payment with contracts ensure collected payments match system entries, contract values, number of cheques and validate related documents
- Create PDC receipt at the time of receiving the cheques from Tenant.
- Upload the PDC receipt on the Yardi workflow and then move the workflow to lease admin.
- On daily basis create receipt on the system for all cheques due on that day and apply the cheque with related transactions
- Cash and checks collected from the tenant in relation to returned checks, penalties, pest control, maintenance, and other expenses.
- cash and checks from the tenant in exchange for the SEWA security deposit and the municipality’s certification of the lease agreement.
- Managing cash and checks with Trans Guard
- Create daily cash deposit reports and CDC and PDC remittance reports.
- depositing the money at the ENDB-installed Smart Cash Deposit Machine in the office.
- giving the Trans guard the checks.
- sent the checks that were given to the trans guard through the system.
- PDC replacement
- cash and checks collected from the tenant against the PDC.
- preparing the necessary paperwork for bank check recalls.
- Petty cash for the branch
- Manage AED 250,000 or more in branch petty cash, including retrieving reimbursement checks and taking money out of the
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts department.
3. Well experience and knowledge in MS Office.
4. Excellent communication skills and office management skills.
