JOB DESCRIPTION

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures Electronically capture, store, retrieve, and/or evaluate financial data. Keep up-to-date electronic spreadsheets with precise accounting and financial data. Using journals, ledgers, and/or computers, classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data in order to gather and maintain financial records. Create, update, and disseminate tables and reports related to payroll, accounting, auditing, finance, and statistics. Finish the required period-end closure processes and reports. In accordance with business procedures, prepare, evaluate, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
