JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Receiving the invoice and packing list for inbound shipments and checking that the items tally.
2. Informing the Team Leader on any damages, short or over shipments and discrepancies observed in received items.
3. Filling the Materials Discrepancy Note (MDN) or other forms, filing the same and highlighting the case to the Floor in Charge.
4. Accurately segregating items, scanning if necessary, and carrying out put away in the proper locations to enable quick and effective retrieval.
5. Filling the manual put away sheets and handing them to the Team Leader for final verification and system confirmations.
6. selecting things from places precisely for shipments leaving the country and ensuring that the items match the pick list that was created. indicating every aspect of the things selected in the format needed, and if necessary, scanning every item or double-checking before loading.

    

7. packaging in accordance with the guidelines and adhering to the supervisor’s instructions to apply labels and stickers as needed.
8. helping the team leader with responsibilities that are occasionally allocated, such as cycle counts and stock checks.

    

9. following DSV policies and procedures in all aspects of company to ensure effective management.
10. food products and supplies should be stored according to food safety regulations.
11. Respect the hygienic guidelines set forth by the food safety management system.
12. bringing up possible issues, anomalies, and areas that could be improved

REQUIREMENTS

1. Performing any other related duties/projects assigned by Team Leader from time to time to meet business exigencies.
