JOB DESCRIPTION
- Data entry of application forms for orders, changes, and cancellations, and checking of input contents
- Calculate invoice amounts and agency commissions, create sales data.
- Payment clearing, backlog management and dunning.
- Create new rules and process flows.
- Finding inefficiencies in current processes and encouraging business development
- answering questions both from within and beyond the organization
- many other areas, mostly in sales, including development, information technology, labor, and legal issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in billing or sales work in the SaaS industry (billing, quotation creation, order-related work, etc.)
- Governmental knowledge, follow-ups
- SV experience at BPO centers and outsourcers
- Basic Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Examples of domains: Accounting, payroll calculation, expense reimbursement, contract application (insurance), year-end adjustment, onboarding procedures,
- Invoicing, etc.
- Fluent in English, and Arabic (written and spoken)
