JOB DESCRIPTION

Record reports and track harms and inconsistencies between orders got and endorsed buy orders.
Investigate nature of the got products.
Match and post all archives (solicitations, demands, work orders, buy requests and conveyance notes).
Guarantee exactness in material issuances to the end clients.
Sort out stock and guarantee all things got are in their particular stockpiling area and organized likewise.
Keep up with and update all records and trackers.
Spot actually look at stock in the Distribution centers at normal spans.
Execute month to month and quarterly stock takes and guarantee that every one of the things are included accurately in all areas.
Keep up with neatness in the Stockroom.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year operational experience
- UAE driver license
- Fluent in English
- Know basic of word, excel and outlook
- Familiar with HACCP requirements
- Familiar with Eatec, Maximo and or Oracle
