JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organize and supervise the daily shift operation of assigned functional areas, i.e., Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support, Business Support and Spares Distribution by shift planning, allocating sufficient resources to various activities/tasks and management of exception to ensure efficient flow of materials through the supply chain.
• Supervise and monitor the team of resources within the shift of the assigned functional area. Manage staff productivity and optimise the efficiency of the material flow as per departmental targets.
• Observe the relevant Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Engage in active participation in the process of identifying and creating SOPs, or specific instructions, to guarantee adherence to the established policies and business practices.
• Provide daily reports on job completion, KPIs, and shift performance. Look into the underlying causes of any deviations and consult with the manager or section controller about any necessary adjustments or changes.
• In order to always adhere to performance standards and safety laws, hold daily staff briefings to address and explain issues pertaining to shift performance, specific instructions, and safety procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations, manage employees’ time and attendance, provide staff training, and assist in developing development plans that adhere to established guidelines for job accountabilities.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 12 Years schooling or equivalent

3 years experience in Warehouse & logistics preferably in an Aviation/MRO environment with minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse and logistics operation and supervising teams.
