  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient use of space and easy access to items.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
  • Check that numbers, posts and papers are filled out correctly and that the math and codes are correct. Follow policies and processes to keep all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents safe and in order. Use
  • a computer to record, store, view, and/or analyse financial data. Keep your financial and accounting data up to date on computer spreadsheets. Using notebooks, ledgers, and/or computers, sort, code, and
  • summarise numerical and financial data to keep financial records. Make, update, and send out tables and reports for statistical, financial, accounting, reporting, or payroll purposes. Finish the closing
  • procedures and reports for the end of the time as instructed. Follow the company’s rules when you make, review, reconcile, and send out bills, invoices, and account records.



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
