Logistics Coordination:

  • Ensures the delivery of all products received at the warehouse to the proper department according to the plan.
  • Ensures the right stock levels are maintained.
  • oversees and controls the documentation cycle’s accuracy from the point of product receipt at the warehouse to the point of product release.
  • conducts audits on every product delivered to guarantee accurate system registration.
  • creates the warehouse’s annual plan reports, which include information on equipment requirements, pallet positioning requirements, team training requirements, system upgrades, and required maintenance (fire and security systems, warehouse equipment like forklifts and handhelds, racks, etc.).

Warehouse Staff Management:

  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • oversees the distribution, packing, and picking processes.
  • oversees warehouse operations to accept goods in a range of quantities, making sure that inventory is managed, storage is appropriate, and deliveries are made on schedule.
  • guarantees the security and safety of the products kept in storage and the warehouse.
  • information on stock levels, including condition and amount, on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • creates protocols and suggests budgets for the systematic replacement of current equipment.

Operation Management:

  • Maintains stock levels and ensures regular maintenance of all warehouse equipment.
  • Ensures KPIs are met on a monthly basis.

Business Performance Reporting:

  • Monitors and calculates Case fill, GIT file, and RFT for documentation on a monthly basis.
  • Reports inventory monthly and ensures the right stock levels.



  • University Degree
  • Experience: 4-5 years in Warehousing(must be from pharma industry)
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
