JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead inbound activities from suppliers and local transfers with proper documentation, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods.
  • Plan and coordinate daily inbound schedules to optimize efficiency and meet production demands.
  • Manage physical inventory of raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, components, and spare parts, including organizing storage areas for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist with weekly and daily cycle counts, guaranteeing precise inventory levels and comparing with computer stock to find inconsistencies.
  • To ensure inventory correctness, check receipts against the L.P.O. and invoice, create Material Receipt Reports, and take quick action to resolve any shipment problems or flaws.
  • Make routine physical inventory checks of completed items, spare parts, and galvanizing; note any non-conformances and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure that safety rules are being followed, conduct routine audits, and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • In order to maximize productivity, safety, and organization in the warehouse, apply and uphold the 5S principles.
  • To reduce waste and product deterioration, make sure that inventory management concepts such as FIFO (First In, First Out) are followed.
  • For inter-warehouse shipments, work with the transporters to arrange pickups, deliveries, and accurate paperwork.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  •  Minimum High School
  • Minim. 5 years experience in manufacturing/logistics company handling the store and warehouse activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and practices.
  • Must be a flexible team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated abilities with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook and inventory management software.
