JOB DESCRIPTION
- Interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Guide the guest through Sofra BLD men
- Offer choices based on what the customer likes and dislikes.
- Take care of guest orders quickly and efficiently.
- Keep up the high level of service by working with your coworkers in Sofra BLD and Kitchen.
- Listen with empathy to what clients have to say and work with your coworkers and the service manager to find answers.
REQUIREMENTS
- A high level of Standards.
- Proficiency in Chinese/ Russian/ German/ French languages is a must
- Efficiency and punctuality.
- Attention to detail.
- A warm and friendly character.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
- Lives and breathes the Shangri-La Values.
