VIP Door Attendant Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide a high level of customer service to all clients with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
  • Meet and greet VIP passengers upon arrival at the terminal.
  • Help passengers get in and out of the car by opening the doors.
  • When needed, offer to help with light luggage handling.
  • Always present yourself in a polished and businesslike manner.
  • Make sure the entryway is constantly hospitable and attractive.
  • Finish any additional tasks that the line manager assigns you.

REQUIREMENTS

Education
    • High Diploma (preferred).
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hotel industry/Customer Service.
Specific/Technical Skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent in customer service.
  • With the ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with passengers.
  • Multilingual is an advantage.
