JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Welcome Guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Engage each Guests as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests
  • Ensure Guests know where to go to buy or collect tickets
  • Escort Guests to Yas Island facilities and provide explanation/ relevant information of the services included
  • Welcome groups and direct them accordingly
  • Use IPAD to administer guest surveys, making sure that all offered questionnaires are filled up and turned in.
  • Continue to raise awareness and knowledge through regular promotions.
  • Guests should be informed about price, promotions, and Yas Island facilities in order to maximize their experience and keep them well-informed.
  • To increase income, consistently upsell, cross-sell, and promote goods, events, and services.
  • Anticipate and pay attention to the wants and concerns of the guests, and promptly address any issues in accordance with the company’s handling procedures. Policy for guest complaints
  • Effectively oversee bus cleanliness
  • Observe the company’s lost and found policy when handling lost and found.
  • Continually be alert and prepared to act or react in an emergency circumstance while guaranteeing the safety of your guests.
  • Oversee and uphold Yas Express bus cleanliness
  • Adopt safe work practices consistently.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year operational experience in Customer Service setting/ hospitality industry
  • Customer Relations/ Guest Services skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English language (spoken/ written)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Analytical/ Problem Solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability and genuine willingness to entertain/ engage Guests

Desirable: 

  • 1 to 2 years work experience related to Guest Services/ Customer Relations
  • Previous experience in a similar or related role at a hotel/ hospitality, theme park industry
  • Intermediate or better English proficiency (read, write, speak)
  • Basic spoken Arabic proficiency or additional international language (Russian/ Chinese) proficiency
  • Ability to entertain, engage Guests
  • Computer skills
