JOB DESCRIPTION

• Professionally and warmly receive each Guest call, ensuring a friendly interaction.
• Foster effective communication with all relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Always surpass guests’ expectations by being kind and responsive to their questions.
• Following the established protocol, greet guests by name when they are called.
• Stay current by being informed about the hotel’s services and neighborhood offerings.
• Use the Opera Guest profile system to raise awareness about guest profiles.
• Fill out long-distance call vouchers and make sure the traffic sheet has them correctly recorded.
• Oversee the guest wake-up call sheet, making calls on time and according to the rules.
• Make sure the switchboard runs well so that calls can be transferred both internally and externally quickly and effectively.
• Respond to messages for management and guests in line with established guidelines.
