Team Leader, General Cashier Job in Dubai UAE

Accountable for monitoring and overseeing cashier actions to encourage productivity, discipline, and efficiency in financial cashiering operations. The Team Leader will make sure that cashiers report to work during business hours, treat customers with decency and civility, and use their initiative to shorten lines so that they are not kept waiting for long.
In this position, you will also make sure that everyone in the team understands and abides by the operations handbook, offering training as needed. Along with helping the Assistant Manager with assigned tasks, you will also assume the Assistant Manager’s responsibilities when they are not in the office.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, finance, or similar.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, within a 5* hotel or resort.
- You must have strong attention to detail and previous experience in cash handling procedures, along with strong organisational skills.
- A customer focused approach is essential to be successful in this role, along with excellent communication skills, being fluent in both written and spoken English.
