JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive, identify and locate stock within the stores area;
- Receipt and inspect all materials arriving on site to ensure that the items are the items ordered, of the standard required, in good order and fit for purpose. Reject all substandard goods.
- Collect goods from local suppliers when required and emergency reasons indicated;
- Perform stock audits and co-ordinate stock checks;
- General housekeeping of the stores region;
- Record any stock developments on the stock administration framework to guarantee exactness of stock levels consistently;
- Deal with every single stock development and a completion with any errors that emerge and guarantee all subtleties, changes and disparities in got stock is recorded precisely and imparted to the board as well as providers.
REQURIEMENTS
- Experience in a Stores / Warehouse department.
- Maximo CAFM system experience.
- Diploma in Engineering or Computer Applications.
- Ideally a holder of a valid driving UAE license (for both manual and automatic gear) with good driving skills and experience.
- Ability to meet physical requirements including long periods of standing, walking throughout large scale site and work in warehouse environment.
