JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager and suppliers regarding the expected items for deliveries and ensures the orders received are accurate and in good condition as per the request
  • Maintain updated records of the stores and keeps inventory control
  • Update the Payables Supervisor regarding the invoices received and payments to be settled

 

REQURIEMENTS

  • Adept in PC applications and Future Log
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must
