JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Checking Delivery Notes against Purchase Orders and encoding into inventory control system.
  • Controlling stock levels and placing orders according to project volume and duration.
  • Ensuring all equipment leaving the warehouse are photographed and packed properly.
  • Preparing Reports, Transmittals, Requisitions and Packing Lists.
  • Ensuring project consumables are tracked monthly and equipment stocktakes are completed and reported quarterly.

 

REQURIEMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Warehouse/Storekeeper role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
