JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate delivery and pickup of materials to and from site.
  • To receive and return materials to and from suppliers and other stores, including arrangement of transportation and required equipment.
  • Putting things in order in shops and, if necessary, on the job site so that everything can be found quickly and easily and QAQC rules are followed.
  • All items must be stored carefully, meeting CRM and health and safety standards.
  • Set up inspections of delivered items that need to be done by QAQC, engineers, project managers, or quality assurance specialists.
  • Give out materials and tools, and if necessary, collect them back using the right method or paperwork.
  • Order tools or supplies only when you need them or when you have enough of them.
  • Keeping track of inventory, which includes updating records every day on the store’s software.
  • To help with taking regular, special, or permanent stock counts
  • To report any damage and fix any possible dangers.
  • To put identification codes, numbers, or names on goods.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills in both the English and Arabic language
  • Stores or contracting experience, preferably in the Gulf
  • Knowledge of construction supplies
