JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
  • Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
  • Keep track of the stockroom’s earnings, records, and withdrawals.
  • Get goods, unload them, and put them away.
  • Do other tasks linked to stock, such as returning, packing, pricing, and labeling items.
  • Check packages for damage or mistakes, and let accounting know about them so that you can get reimbursed and keep records.
  • Change the stock and plan how to get rid of extras.
  • Make sure you keep good records and keep track of all the paperwork to make sure you have the right amount of stock and keep supplies under control.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or related
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping

REQUIREMENTS

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
