· Supports in delivering the store annual sales targets

· Assists in maintaining proper coverage and schedule so as to ensure the store maintains high levels of customer service

· Conducts store operations audits to ensure compliance with the required store standard operating policies

· Oversees the store’s after sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures through proper communication with internal stakeholders.

· Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and customer service provided is of exceptional standard; identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapports with potential and existing customers

· Makes sure that standards for visual merchandising are met and that goods are displayed in line with brand policy

· Makes sure that prices and discounts are correct and in line with the rules and standards of the company.

· Makes and looks over sales reports and gives advice on how to get the most out of stock; reports on how well new and classic lines are doing.

Sends daily bills and a sales report to Finance

· Runs the store according to the company’s normal operating procedures, which include handling cash, taking inventory, and keeping records.

·Keeps up with proper loss protection standards and makes sure that cash handling, fraud, and product theft rules are followed.

·Takes care of inventory by moving things that come in, receiving them, stocking, restocking, transferring them, and dealing with inventory discrepancies.

· Makes sure the store’s inside and outside are clean and up to brand and company standards

Tells the team to follow standard operating methods and standards for how the store should look.

Has the responsibilities of a checker (when needed).



· Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the Athlocity’s performance management process

· Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to achieve the defined goals

· Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit/ Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement.
