JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members
• Follow all appropriate Retail policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure that work is done in a systematic and consistent manner.
• Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty.
• Assist in the achievement of the store’s sales target by collaborating with the sales executive team to generate sales through high-selling techniques.
• Execute and Participate in projects and community events and activities with minimal supervision.
• Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback with the store manager and relevant stakeholders in the back-office team.

• Team Management and Support

Establish a constructive workplace culture built on mutual respect, trust, and equity. When necessary, represent the interests of the staff by communicating their opinions, difficulties, and worries to the HR and store management departments.
Recognize and convey the organization’s priorities to guarantee that the team is in line with the group’s goals.
Help determine each sales team member’s responsibilities and oversee, motivate, and lead the group that reports to the store manager.
Make and stick to a schedule to guarantee that the shop floor is fully covered and that staff members are kept to a high standard of grooming.
Customer-focused
In order to increase sales and foster customer loyalty and trust, stores should implement and promote great customer service.
