JOB DESCRIPTION
- Scheduling: Ensuring allocation of pickers and scanners is done consistently and in the best way possible
- Negotiations: Ensuring we are getting best deal from our 3PL partners
- Efficiency: Ensuring that on-ground teams are operating at maximum output
- Training: Ensuring that on-ground teams are trained properly and know what they’re doing
- Quality output: Ensuring that the output of the picking and scanning is what is desired, and taking necessary actions to drive it
- Managing a monthly allocated budget and a team of minimum 100 pickers and scanners
- Managing in-store operations for our preferred partners
REQURIEMENTS
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong understanding of operations
- Ability to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to problems
- Strong negotiations skills
- Ability to motivate a junior team and simplify concepts whilst managing complex schedules
- Prior experience in operational roles (specifically roles that had Quality Control aspects or scheduling aspects) is a plus
- Can work with heavy data sets and Excel
- Comfortable understanding and working with various systems
