JOB DESCRIPTION  For  Store Operations Job in UAE

  • Vendor Management: Take ownership of the relationship with workforce vendors, serving as the main point of contact for all vendor-related matters
  • Work together with internal stakeholders to comprehend workforce requirements
  • create plans for expanding the workforce among suppliers while emphasizing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service.
  • Performance and Incentives: Monitor and assess data related to picker performance, including pick per minute and put-away time, throughout our network of warehouses
  • Determine where picker productivity and efficiency need to be improved.
  •  Assume responsibility for picker replacements and turnover, putting methods into place to lower turnover and guarantee a smooth transition for replacements.
  • Create and put into place incentive plans, such quarterly incentives, performance-based raises, and recognition initiatives like “Store of the Month,” to inspire and spur on pickers and superquikers.
  • Rosters and Scheduling: Create and manage a productive shift scheduling system that satisfies operational needs while taking availability and employee preferences into account.
  •  Examine scheduling metrics and data to spot trends, patterns, and areas where roster management and scheduling procedures should be strengthened.
  • Hiring and Culture:  Take charge of and oversee every step of the recruiting process for supervisors, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and choosing applicants.
  •  Create and execute successful recruitment tactics to draw in top-tier individuals for supervisor positions.
  • Develop and plan initiatives that support a welcoming and upbeat workplace culture, such as events, activities, and recognition schemes.



  • 3-4 years of experience in a workforce management or operational role, preferably in the Grocery industry
  • Proven experience in vendor management, preferably in a workforce or staffing environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and design/rollout incentive programs
  • Experience in managing turnover and replacements in a high-paced warehouse environment
  • Proven experience in workforce scheduling, roster management, or a similar role
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques
