JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directly responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service
- Actively communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, promoting the PUMA brand and merchandise in trying to fulfill the customers’ needs and meet selling standards
- Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Cornerstones and service standards
- Responsible for training and development and succession of high-performing, results-driven Associates
- responsible for service-driven scheduling to keep a highly lucrative site open and give clients the best possible service
- directly in charge of making sure that the store’s implementation, functionality, and results-drivenness of all training programs—domestic and international—are all met
- To influence and propel business, analyze competitor data, purchasing patterns, and client profiles. Give the area manager of retail comments and communicate with them.
- directly in charge of ensuring that the business complies with loss prevention
- Oversee and inform Area Manager Retail of goods opportunities.
- Execute, oversee, and keep an eye on programs for education, awareness, and training in loss prevention.
- Reach and surpass all inventory and shrink objectives; supervise and coordinate physical inventory counts
- Manage, coordinate, and carry out all marketing initiatives and events within spending limits and in compliance with all policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds PUMA standards
- Maintain physical condition of the Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Required to comply with all operational core competencies and key accountabilities
- Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all Sales Associates
- Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required
- Develop and maintain strong communication with local PR and marketing
