• Leadership:

  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Sales and Customer Service:
• Increase sales with smart merchandising, clever promotions, and first-rate customer care.
• Examine market trends and sales data to find areas for expansion.
• Respond to consumer questions and grievances in an expert manner.

   

• Management of Operations:

   

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including loss prevention, product restocking, and inventory management.

   

• Verify adherence to the policies and procedures of the company.

   

• Preserve the appearance of the store and make sure that visual merchandising guidelines are followed.
