JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plans different activities monthly, weekly and daily (eg: selling, floor set-ups, training (link), orders, Posm, Lyreco), assigning tasks clearly and with the right timing, and monitoring that they are completed. Complies and makes sure the team also complies with the deadlines and the priorities
- Manages the scheduling of the sales associates’ work shifts, ensuring a fair rotation, in compliance with the store regulations and priorities.
- Supervises the efficiency and performance of the sales associates, giving them regular feedback and supporting them in the sales.
- Promotes a high level of motivation among sales staff and is committed to provide a peaceful and positive environment for the team.
- Identifies the high-performance resources who can take a career growth within the company and is responsible for its development.
REQURIEMENTS
- At least 3 years experience in the role in companies of fast fashion, perfumery or accessories fields.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and ability to communicate in an open, transparent and constructive way and to interact with people at different company levels.
