JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members
- Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationship with customers and create future potential selling opportunities
- Give the team a clear understanding of the company’s and the store’s goals and main directions.
- Recognize, hire, nurture, and hold onto exceptional talent
- Establish a productive workplace that is built on the principles of justice, respect, and trust. Additionally, act as the employees’ voice by communicating any issues, problems, or comments to the HR and leadership teams.
- Make sure the store adheres to and maintains all operational and sales policies and procedures.
- Make sure there are no outstanding fulfillment actions in the store and that e-commerce orders are prepared and processed within the specified SLAs for both time and quality.
