- Manage & maintain a well-organized construction materials store.
- Receive, inspect, & record materials upon delivery.
- Ensure proper storage & inventory control of construction materials.
- Issue materials as per project requirements & maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular stock checks to reconcile with records.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to fulfill material requests.
- Monitor and report on material consumption & stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness & safety standards in the store.
- Assist in identifying cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5-6 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store In-charge in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
- Familiarity with inventory software and systems.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient store environment.
