JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage & maintain a well-organized construction materials store.
  • Receive, inspect, & record materials upon delivery.
  • Ensure proper storage &  inventory control of construction materials.
  • Issue materials as per project requirements &  maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to reconcile with records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to fulfill material requests.
  • Monitor and report on material consumption & stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness &  safety standards in the store.
  • Assist in identifying cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 5-6 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store In-charge in the construction industry.

REQURIEMENTS

  • Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with inventory software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient store environment.
