JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory for school and office supplies which includes ordering, receiving, and allocating.
  • Create a sign-in/out system for all inventory assigned to staff.
  • Sign teacher’s “End of Year” closeout forms to check all technologies and school resources in the possession of teachers and academic staff.
  • Prepare and type annual inventory reports, requisitions, orders, and correspondence.
  • Processes reports and materials (for example buy orders, stockroom orders, seller tasks, quotes, and so on) to spread data to fitting gatherings, circle back to inadequate or harmed orders, or potentially guarantee the accessibility of provisions and hardware.
  • Keep up with office documents and records, including never-ending stock for stock.
  • Speaks with other administration staff, School work force, sellers, and workers for hire to satisfy school needs.
  • General accounting capabilities: stores, cover bills, and so forth.
  • Show/request appropriate stock as indicated by request/season.
  • Gets ready and enters understudy charging on a modernized framework.
  • Maintain office files and records, including perpetual inventory for stock.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University Graduate, College/University Faculty
  • Bachelor
  • 5 years of teaching experience
