JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service

  • Responsible for greeting and meeting all customers promptly and politely as they enter the store
  • Provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Guide customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests
  • Develop a clear understanding of all departments, products, make features and after sales service
  • Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising principles within the stores
  • Effectively deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Follow procedures for dealing with specific customer orders
  • Ensure confidentiality with respect to Landmark retail/store sales information.

Shop Keeping and Store Standards

  • Maximize and contribute to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience
  • Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms (product placement, signage, neat and well folded, arranged in order from smallest to largest, hanged items must be steamed, brand wise, size wise etc.)
  • Make sure that all of the items on show have price tags and barcodes attached to them. Make sure that the stock on the shelves is rotated correctly and help with accurate stock counts as needed by the store.
  • Make sure that all stock management tasks, like counting stock, moving items between branches, dispatching, and delivering, are recorded on the system on time, properly, and in the right categories.
  • Make sure that everyone in the store is always aware of and alert to potential security risks.
  • Please make sure that the store always meets the highest standards of cleanliness and basic care.
  • For all questions, give correct and up-to-date information about the goods.
  • Add new users to the mailing list to grow the customer base.
  • Learn the returns policy and make sure it is followed correctly.
  • Assist the store boss or merchandiser with setting up and placing items.
  • Put clothes on mannequins and take care of other images.
  • Keep the area where the stock is kept clean and well-organized, and the area where employees take breaks should also be kept clean.
  • As a checker, you should always be correct when handling money (if needed).
  • Learn how to read and use all the information that are needed for each store to run every day.
  • Do related selling, which means you should know what the customer wants and then close the deal.

Store Merchandising

  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise/ products stocked in the store
  • Ensure promotions and fast selling lines are featured in the store
  • Provide information about the customers(likes ,dislikes and opinions) to the department in charge.
  • Ensure effective stock replenishment to the store and assure continuous stock availability, ongoing recovery & maintenance in the store

 

REQUIREMENTS

  •          Graduate degree in any field
  •          2 – 3 years of retail experience
  •          English & Russian language speaking skills
  •          Knowledge of retail processes
  •          Interpersonal skills
  •          Proactiveness and flexibility
  •          Customer service orientation
