  1. Customer Service:
    • Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services they need.
    • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing concerns.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintaining proper documentation.
  2. Inventory Management:
    • Accurate inventory levels and appropriate storage are ensured by receiving, inspecting, and stocking goods in accordance with established protocols.
    • Keep an eye on the quantity of necessary supplies, such as food, drink, hygiene, and camping gear, and restock as needed.
    • Maintain correct stock level records and help with inventory audits by conducting routine inventory counts to spot any inconsistencies.
  3. Product Display and Merchandising:
    • Maintain attractive and organized displays of merchandise, ensuring that products are neatly arranged, properly labeled, and visually appealing.
    • Rotate stock and merchandise regularly to showcase new arrivals and seasonal items, maximizing sales opportunities and customer interest.



  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
