JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be able to confidently follow all opening and closing procedures to required standards including but not limited to; counting linen, dropping of laundry, cleanliness of public areas, inventory of guest amenities.
- Be familiar with municipality regulations and ensure compliance.
- Observe room setup guidelines to guarantee that every treatment room is ready for use prior to the arrival of the guest.
- Make sure you manage your time well because all guest treatments need to start on schedule.
- The portion of the shift not designated for reservations must be used to complete weekly tasks like thorough cleaning, facility inspections, and amenity replenishment.
- Make sure that treatment rooms have proper supply management so that any products used are replenished and maintained in good condition.
- Assist the spa therapists in keeping the entire facility clean to standards.
