JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members
• Follow all appropriate Retail policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure that work is done in a systematic and consistent manner.
• Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty.
• Assist in the achievement of the store’s sales target by collaborating with the sales executive team to generate sales through high-selling techniques.
• Execute and Participate in projects and community events and activities with minimal supervision.
• Keep abreast with the newest fashions, merchandise, and rivals. Share your thoughts with the store manager and other pertinent back-office team members.
  Support and Management of Teams
  Establish a trusting, respectful, and equitable work environment.
• Be the employee’s voice when necessary by communicating any issues, problems, or comments to the HR and store managers.
• Recognize and convey the organization’s priorities to guarantee that the team is in line with the goals of the group.
• Help the store manager assign duties to each member of the sales team and oversee, motivate, and lead the group that reports to the store manager.
• Establish and follow a timetable to guarantee that the entire shop floor is covered and that staff members are groomed to the highest standards. Customer Centricity

REQUIREMENTS

•   2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in retail beauty industry
• Ability to manage a small team
• Russian speaking mandate
