JOB DESCRIPTION

• Asset Protection: Develop and implement strategies to safeguard company assets, including inventory, equipment, and intellectual property.
• Collaborate with management to assess vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  
• Loss Prevention: Oversee loss prevention initiatives, including monitoring and reducing theft, fraud, and operational losses.
• To stop shrinkage and illegal activity, put regulations and procedures into place and enforce them.
• Security Operations: Take the lead in protecting assets and profits with the security team.
  To find security flaws and suggest fixes, do routine audits and evaluations.
• Incident Response: Address and look into events pertaining to loss prevention and asset protection.
• Prepare incident reports and work with law enforcement as needed.
• Cooperation: To guarantee alignment with asset protection objectives, work closely with operations, store management, and other departments.
• During high-risk times or exceptional events, give advice on security precautions.
• Training and Awareness: Provide staff with instruction on security procedures, loss prevention, and asset protection.
• Encourage everyone in the company to be aware of and follow security policies.
• Documentation: Keep thorough records of all security-related occurrences, inquiries, and countermeasures.
