JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Structure the security and HSE organization through external suppliers in ZA & IND while supporting management teams UAE, TUR and KSA.
  • Be accountable for the formulation, implementation, monitoring and compliance of the Group’s policies, systems, regulatory requirements, procedures and standards related to Security and H&S
  • Manage local risks and propose mitigating measures when relevant in alignment with Group Security’s Integrated Risk Framework, systems and processes.
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders to ensure that physical security and HSE goals and objectives are embedded within the business
  • Animate your community with regular and formalized communication with a focus on enhancing social media presence.
  • Ensure that adequate induction and training is provided to local security and HSE representatives
  • Take part in strategic projects or problems with the structure of the markets
  • Keep an eye on the risks for business travelers coming in and going out, make sure everyone is on the same page, and give advice on how to avoid problems.
  • Make sure that emergency reaction plans are ready and have been tested for things like earthquakes, bad weather, fires, crime, threats, and terrorism.
  • The Richemont Incident Management Team needs to be set up, kept up, taught, and given exercises.
  • With the help of other specialized functions, coordinate the response activities and the people who need to be involved in a big incident or crisis.
  • Find examples of business interruptions that could affect important services and activities
  • Make formal plans for business continuity that are needed and put them into action.
  • Look over the HSE Key Performance Indicators and scorecards that the H&S team has given you.
  • Make sure that everyone knows their job and what their tasks are in each market.
  • Set and follow the rules, specifications, and requirements for security systems and equipment, and work closely with the facility management team to make sure that vendors do regular repair and servicing.
  • Make sure you work well with third-party suppliers to make sure that both security rules and project goals are met. This would include making specifications for work and making sure the quality of that work all the time.
  • Whenever it’s needed, oversee and help with probes into serious threats and/or the theft or loss of assets.
  • Help with projects related to physical security in the area and as needed, help with projects related to physical security in the group.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • +/- 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Willing to travel approx. 20% of the time
