JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and oversee security functions within Emirates British Nursery premises, to include management of day-to-day activities, assigning and directing work to security staff, appraise performance and rewarding and disciplining employees.
• Oversee routine patrols of Emirates British Nursery premises internally and externally, ensuring awareness of any suspicious persons, fires, vandalism, hazards, or any other risks.
• Ensure all the entry and exit points of the premises such as doors and windows are locked during non-working hours to prevent any unlawful entry and respond to any distress calls and/or alarms.

• Before permitting any visitor to enter the property, they must be screened. Additionally, a written record of all visits, maintenance contractors, deliveries, entry/exit times, and contents must be provided.
· Deal with visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

• Handle every incident and emergency according to the established response and escalation protocol.
• Create and implement safeguards against mishaps, theft, and other hazards.
• Ensure that all personnel are working within the premises in accordance with information security standards.
• Take note of written and verbal reports from subordinates, and follow up on necessary actions.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures pertaining to site health and safety and security.
• Make sure that all access control card records are maintained current, guaranteeing that workers are only able to enter places that they are permitted to.
