JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Ensure that correspondence is accurate, professional, and aligned with organizational guidelines.
  • Receive, categorize, and prioritize incoming correspondence for the department.
  • To keep track of communication progress and guarantee timely responses, keep a correspondence record.
  • To make sure deadlines are fulfilled, follow up on responses.
  • Serve as a liaison between external clients and stakeholders and internal departments.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate team to compile data or create answers to particular questions.
  • Keep thorough records of every communication.
  • Maintain privacy and abide by data protection regulations.
  • Respond politely and professionally to consumer questions.
  • Respond to inquiries in a consistent manner.
  • To increase efficiency, identify and recommend changes to the way correspondence is handled.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in business administration
  • 2-3 years in the same field and proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or Office Administrator in the same field with Good communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with office software (MS Office Suite, email platforms).
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
