JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  •  Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Plan and organize the design team’s conferences, meetings, and appointments.
  • Keep the office and reception area neat and presentable at all times by keeping them organized.
  • Help with inventory control and office supply management to make sure the team has all they need to succeed.
  • As required by the team and clients, create and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist the group with administrative duties, such as tracking projects and entering data.
  • Respond politely to customer questions and offer details about our offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the interior design or creative industry.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
– Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service oriented mindset.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
– A keen interest in interior design and an understanding of the industry trends are advantageous.
