  • Overall responsibility of Enrolments and Registration for the academy, working closely with the Senior Leadership within the Academy and HQ Enrolments
  • Manage accurate data on applications, enrolments, and registrations to ensure accurate figures are available daily
  • Meet with enrolled parents, explain registration procedures, curriculum, fee structure, ADEK regulations and ensure all documentation is completed effectively
  • Respond to registration enquiries, telephone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner
  • As needed, oversee the testing process with the academic team to make sure the enrollment process runs smoothly.
  • Watch over the waiting list (if there is one), keep in touch with the parents on the list on a regular basis, and let them know how their application is going as needed.
  • Take care of all the registration files for new and current students.
  • Keep up with ADEK’s rules and laws and make sure you follow them when you enroll and finish the registration process.
  • Taking care of the eSIS (student information system), which handles things like registration, withdrawals, moves, and pre-transition
  • Build and keep a strong bond with the student affairs department at ADEK.
  • Make sure that all places that parents can see are nice-looking, clean, and give the impression that students and parents are welcome.
  • Attend SLT meetings as needed to keep them up to date on Academy enrollment.
  • Work with the PRE to come up with ways to get new students and keep the ones you already have.
  • Manage the reenrollment process for current parents along with the PRE and give the Head of Enrollments and Principal regular reports on how things are going.
  • Give the Head of Enrollments reports and estimates on enrollment every week and every month.
  • Go to business events to support the Academy.
  • Plan and go to events where people can enroll in the Academy
  • Build and keep strong relationships with schools and nurseries that send kids to your school.
  • Show all potential parents what Aldar Academies is all about and how high the standards are.
  • Make sure that the rules and processes set by Aldar Academies are always followed.
  • Put in work and effort outside of the normal workday
  • Do any other tasks that your direct and dotted line managers or bosses ask you to.
  • Together with the Admissions executive, take on extra tasks when needed to help with Enrollments and Registration and fill in for the other team member when they can’t be there.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum Experience

  • Experience as Admissions/Registrar in the education field
  • A minimum of 2years of experience in a customer focused role in the region
  • Strong ESIS/ student affairs experience
  • Previous experience in data management


  • Fluent in English Communications skills, written, and oral
  • Arabic speaker is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills to aid in daily contact with parents in a diverse multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent office management skills
  • A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of children
  • Respect for all members of a school community.
  • A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life.
  • A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
