– Greet and assist customers as they enter the boutique, providing personalized attention and excellent customer service.
– Understand customer needs and preferences, and guide them through the selection of Indian fashion outfits, accessories, and other products.
– Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products, including fabric, design, and cultural significance, to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

– Keep the store clean and well-organized by putting displays and items in the right places to make shopping more enjoyable.
– Take care of sales transactions efficiently, accepting cash, credit cards, and other payment methods while making sure they are correct and in line with business policy.
– Keep track of all the stock in the shop and make sales reports for the finance team at the end of each month.
– Help take pictures and movies of products for the website and social media.
– Help put pictures of products on the website.
– WhatsApp sent our texts to all of our clients. Respond to WhatsApp messages about goods.
– Meet and beat sales goals by using methods like upselling, cross-selling, and proactive selling; also, take part in promotional events to boost sales and get customers involved.
– Make and keep good connections with customers, respond to their questions and comments, and make sure they are happy with their shopping experience.
– Work with the boutique management team to help the business succeed by giving them useful information about what customers want and how the market is changing.


– Proven experience as a Salesperson or Retail Sales Associate in a fashion retail environment, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.


– Passion for Indian fashion and cultural diversity, with a deep understanding of traditional Indian outfits, fabrics, and design elements.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport effectively.
– Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.
– Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and peak shopping periods.
– Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and managing customer information.
– Fluency in English & Hindi is required, and knowledge of any other Indian language would be an advantage.
