JOB DESCRIPTION
- Configure and customize the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to meet the specific needs of the customer service and support teams
- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and roles to ensure that the right people have the appropriate levels of access to the system
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into customer service performance, agent productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure data integrity by managing data quality, data cleansing, and data migration processes
- Bring modern software delivery practices including Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment to the CRM system.
- Guarantee that our CRM arrangement is all around coordinated in our Undertaking Engineering
- Guarantee that the Salesforce Administration Cloud climate is secure and agreeable with information protection guidelines, like GDPR
REQURIEMENTS
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Live Agent, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
- Experience in data modeling, data validation, and data quality management within Salesforce. Proficient in data import/export processes.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Field Service Lightning, including work orders, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management.
- Knowledge of modern information security requirements and concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Delivery concepts.
- Experience in Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment, DevOps and Lean Concepts.
- Fluent in English
